"Empower Me" is a private school located in Appleton, WI and is due to open in Fall 2008. "Empower Me"is looking for 4-5 students who are not reaching their potential in their current educational setting. The common "cookie cutter" curriculum found in most regular schools often increases the learning or achievement gap that our children with specific learning disabilities and ADHD often possess. If you've been searching for a change for your child, "Empower Me" is here for you. Our mission is to plan a curriculum tailored to meet your child's needs and specific learning style. We will lessen the achievement gap that may have developed over previous years so that your student can be reintroduced into their regular school by approximately grade 6 or 7 with greater confidence, adequate strategies for handling their disability, and a
better academic level.
"Empower Me" is looking for children in grades 3rd-7th who possess a language based learning disability
